Elena
Voss
Elena Voss is an independent product designer based in Lisbon. She helps startups and small teams shape digital products that feel quiet, legible, and dependable under real use — especially when the roadmap is crowded and the stakes are high.
Her path into product design began in editorial layout for cultural magazines, where hierarchy and restraint mattered as much as decoration. That discipline carried into software: fewer surfaces, clearer decisions, and interfaces that do not compete with the work people came to do.
Over the last decade she has led product design for fintech operations tools, research platforms, clinic networks, and independent marketplaces. Clients range from seed-stage founders to Series B product orgs that need a senior designer who can still ship in the details.
Today she partners with founders and product leads on discovery, interaction design, and design systems that stay maintainable as teams grow. She works in English and Portuguese, primarily across European time zones.
